We are urgently hiring dedicated and experienced AR Callers with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in US healthcare RCM and denial management. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with US insurance carriers, tracking unpaid and denied claims, and ensuring timely collections to optimize the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Insurance Follow-up: Make skilled outbound calls to US insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Payers) to check claim statuses.
- Denial Management: Analyze complex claim denials, identify root causes, and take corrective re-submissions or appeals.
- RCM & Billing:



Apply solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management to resolve aged accounts and outstanding receivables.
- Documentation: Document all telephonic discussions, claim updates, and action items clearly in the billing software/system.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of active experience as an AR Caller in a US healthcare setup.
- Core Knowledge: Thorough understanding of medical billing, RCM, and denial handling processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
