Join Expo Display Service, a leading premium custom exhibit rental firm serving the European market since 1979. With 500+ multinational brands served and 10,000+ trade show booths delivered worldwide, we're looking for a detail-oriented finance qualified to strengthen our Accounts team.

? Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

? Experience: 2 to 5 Years

? Role: Accounts Payable Executive / Senior Executive

? Immediate Joiners Preferred | Candidates serving notice period of 15 days or less are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Accounts Payable & Vendor Invoice Processing

✅ Employee Expense & Corporate Credit Card Management

✅ Vendor Reconciliation & Query Resolution

✅ Bank Posting & Reconciliation





✅ Month-End Closing Support & AP Reporting

✅ Payroll Assistance and Audit Support

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

✔ 2-5 years of AP/General Accounting experience

✔ Strong Excel & Reconciliation Skills

✔ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage

✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
