Independently prepare, finalize & maintain financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with accounting standards, and finalize accounts for statutory & internal audit.

Take end-to-end ownership of statutory, tax, and internal audits coordinate and liaise directly with auditors and CAs through to closure.

Independently handle all TDS, GST, Income Tax/ITR, and corporate tax compliance — computation, return filing, reconciliation, and assessments/notices.

Manage all banking operations independently — fund flow, cash flow, bank reconciliations, LC, BG, and liaison with bank officials.

Handle all government/statutory office-related work and compliance liaison (tax departments, ROC, customs, and other regulatory bodies).

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and month/quarter/year-end closing activities.





Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and periodic stock audits.

Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Implement robust internal financial controls and risk-mitigation processes.

Provide financial analysis, MIS reports, and insights to support management decision-making.

Manage import & export accounting, including customs duty, LC, BG, and EXIM compliance.

Lead and supervise the accounts team across office, factory, and branch locations, ensuring smooth coordination and accountability.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall financial efficiency.
