- Invoice Preparation once the Job is Completed and Forward the Copy (both Soft and Hard) of the Invoice to Customer with CC to Order Receiver (Customer Service) and Service Provider (Transportation Operations)
- Accounts Receivables Management
- Expenses Accounting
- Account Payable – Advance Payment and Balance Payment by Due Date to Hire Vehicles
- Trip wise Profitability Working
- Preparation of Monthly Report for Domestic Transportation
- -Profitability Analysis – Trip wise, Customer wise, Vehicle Wise for Own Vehicles
- - Profitability Analysis – Trip wise for Hire Vehicles
- GST Audit work
REQUIREMENTS
Job Related Experience: 2-5 Years in Financial Accounting Domain.
Minimum Qualification - Graduation in any Discipline.
Knowledge of Good Accounting Practices (GAP)
Accounting Aptitude & Tally MUST
Exposure to any Accounting Software is preferred.
