About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our e-commerce accounting and marketplace operations. You will handle day-to-day accounting, marketplace settlements and reconciliations, and GST compliance, and help keep our seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and our own website running smoothly and profitably.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

- Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, credit/debit notes) in Tally / [accounting software].
- Reconcile marketplace payment settlements with orders, returns, commissions, shipping fees, and other deductions.
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateway reports (Razorpay, PayU, etc.), and COD remittances.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records, and track TCS credits from marketplaces.
- Handle TDS deductions and filings, and support the statutory audit.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, including channel-wise sales, margins, and P&L; summaries.

Marketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory sync.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations,



and account health metrics.
- Raise and follow up on claims for lost, damaged, or wrongly returned products (e.g., Amazon SAFE-T, Flipkart claims).
- Identify and dispute incorrect commission, fee, or weight-slab charges.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements
- Graduate, preferably B.Com.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts, ideally with an e-commerce or D2C company.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
- Positive working knowledge of GST, TCS, and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Busy / Zoho Books.
- Advanced MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and handling large datasets.
