Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general accounting, GRN, journal vouchers, sales entry, stores operations, and Tally ERP.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Oversee store operations and inventory management.
- Perform daily tasks such as data entry into Tally ERP system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in accounting, with exposure to stores or inventory work in a manufacturing company.
- Working knowledge of purchase accounting, GST documentation, and vendor reconciliation.
- Positive command of MS Excel and accounting software; Tally experience is preferred.
- Accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and follow-up.
