Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance qualified who not only ensures financial accuracy and compliance but also contributes to a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

This role plays a vital part in strengthening financial processes, enabling informed decision-making, and supporting a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including supplier payments, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports aligned with statutory and investor requirements.

● Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking.





● Support in compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

● Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

● Assist in payroll accounting, provisions, and accruals.

● Assist in preparing financial data, reports, and analysis required by the Finance team and management.

● Contribute to process improvements and maintain financial discipline and accuracy across day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

● 0-2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.

● Basic knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

● Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software is an added advantage.

● High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial insights effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
