Job Summary

ADS Foundation is looking for an experienced Accounting Trainer with strong industry experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The candidate should have 5–10 years of practical industry experience and the ability to train students/professionals using real-world accounting scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver practical training on Accounting, Tally, GST, TDS, and Taxation.

· Explain accounting concepts and taxation processes using real-world examples.

· Train learners on Tally/Tally ERP/Tally Prime and practical accounting procedures.

· Conduct assessments, practical exercises, and doubt-solving sessions.

· Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting practices.





· Support learners in developing job-ready accounting skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· M.Com is mandatory; CA/Inter, MBA Finance, or relevant certifications will be an advantage.

· 5–10 years of relevant industry experience in Accounting/Finance/Taxation.

· Strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Accounting.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Prior teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

· Ability to explain technical accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
