Requirements:

· Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related educational background. · 3-5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Finance Operations, or accounting functions.

· Strong Financial Reporting and Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

· Expertise in Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, and reporting automation.

· Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports, management reports, and performance dashboards.

· Accounting experience is mandatory, with knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Accruals, and Financial Statements.

· Solid understanding of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and financial performance metrics.

· Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP/S4HANA, Oracle, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate reports within tight deadlines.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Summary:





The primary role is to manage Financial Reporting and Advanced Excel-based analysis for global finance operations. The role includes preparing and automating financial reports, creating management dashboards, analyzing financial performance, supporting month-end reporting activities, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. The individual will also leverage accounting knowledge to validate financial data, perform reconciliations, and ensure reporting accuracy.

What you will be doing:

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for management review. · Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Advanced Excel.

· Analyze financial data and provide insights on business and operational performance.

· Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting financial results.

· Utilize Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and reporting automation tools.

· Extract, validate, and consolidate large financial datasets from ERP systems and multiple sources.

· Prepare management presentations and financial reporting packs.

· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting requirements.

· Perform account reconciliations and validate financial data accuracy.

· Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.





· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial and management reports.

· Support audit requirements through reporting and documentation activities.

· Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automate manual processes.

· Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Business teams to gather reporting requirements and provide meaningful insights.

· Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality reporting and analysis.
