Role Description ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE

DESIGNATION: MANAGER –ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE

JOB PROFILE:

- Handling tax audits, transfer pricing audits, income tax returns etc. on independent basis.
- Finalization of the books of accounts.
- Preparation of Balance sheet.
- Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Arrange for equity and debt financing.




- Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Providing constant review on Cost Control in particular about administrative expenses.
- Profit projection and Working capital analysis.
- Maintain banking relationships.
- Analysis of the Financial Health of Organization.
- Responsible for Reconciliation of Contractors expenses with Installation billings to clients and Purchase billing with sales billing.
- Handling a Team of Accounts Executive and assigning them daily workflow task.
- Support business in driving simplification initiatives, preparing & rolling out accounting policies.
- Sanctioning of overall bills
- Providing all related documents to estimation team as may be required at the time of tendering.
- Getting appropriate rating of the company.
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
- Actively work on ERP

IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

· Charted Accountant.

· M.com in Accounts, CFA or ICWA qualified.

· MBA in Finance

CERTIFICATES/SKILL SET:

· MS Office. (Words & Excel)

· SAP in Accounts

· Tally

· Certificate in Taxation Course

· Certificate in International Taxation

· CFA (preferable However not mandatory)

EXPERIENCE:

· Min experience of 2to 4years in handling of accounts, taxation and audit is needed in CA firm.

· Maximum experience of 3.5 years as CA intern and also in cost accounting.

OTHER PROFICIENCY:

· Should have through knowledge about Accounting Standards and policies, Company accounting standard and procedure.

· Should be well versed with the direct and indirect taxation (VAT, TDS, Service Tax, Octroi, LBT, Wealth tax, Professional Tax.) process.

· Should have complete knowledge about auditing.

· Should have positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
