We are looking for an Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in retail accounting and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, day-to-day accounting activities, stock/inventory tracking, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely entry of transactions in Tally.

- Manage and track inventory/stock records, including stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and closing stock.

- Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.

- Handle vendor and customer ledger maintenance and reconciliation.

- Prepare and maintain purchase and sales invoices.

- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments when required.

- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

- Assist with monthly closing activities and basic financial reports.

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting records.





- Coordinate with stores/operations teams regarding stock and billing-related issues.

- Support the senior management/finance team with accounting and inventory-related reports as required.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry.

- Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Practical experience handling inventory/stock accounting or inventory records.

- Experience with sales, purchase, cash, bank, and ledger entries.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.

Preferred

- Experience working in a retail store/business with multiple stock movements or locations.

- Knowledge of GST and basic statutory accounting requirements.

- Experience in stock reconciliation and identifying inventory variances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
