Role Description The Accountant role at SUGO INDIA Travel Services Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording invoices, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and monitoring expenses related to travel operations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with internal teams for timely documentation,



and supporting audits as required. The accountant will work closely with management to provide financial insights that support efficient and cost-effective travel services.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance requirements relevant to service and travel industries.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA inter) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or service sector is preferred but not mandatory.
