Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting documentation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare reports related to sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and supplier balances.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with accounting reports and financial information.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
- Experience with Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, trading, or distribution is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Experience with GST returns and routine statutory compliance.
