We are looking for an experienced Billing & Collection Executive for our packaged drinking water manufacturing plant in Bhiwandi.
Responsibilities: Prepare and verify sales invoices and dispatch bills. Collect and reconcile payments received from drivers. Verify cash, cheque, UPI and bank transfer payments. Match collections with invoices, delivery records and customer outstanding.
Maintain driver-wise and customer-wise collection records. Verify vehicle number, driver details, invoice number and payment amount. Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for billing and collection.
Update payments in Excel/Zoho/accounting software. Maintain daily billing and collection reports. Identify and report payment shortages, pending collections and mismatches.
Ensure proper handover of cash and cheques to accounts/management.
Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection transactions.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in billing, collection, accounts or FMCG/distribution. Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience handling cash, cheque, UPI and payment reconciliation. Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing. Good communication and coordination skills. Honest, responsible and detail-oriented. Comfortable working night shifts.
