Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking accounts receivable and payable, monitoring expenses, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and company policies. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and vendors to support accurate financial reporting and smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and most importantly Tally Prime.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field;
- Relevant experience in accounting within manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries is preferred.
