About the Role:

PaperClip Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting processes and be capable of independently handling core accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure proper accounting documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances .
- Prepare and file GST returns and support TDS-related activities.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations .
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.




- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support management with financial data, reports, and accounting-related analysis.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and reconciliations .
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP or accounting software .
- Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage accounting activities within deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in SME/MSME, Finance, or similar business environments will be preferred.
