- Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Strictly 4+ years experience in a Construction / Real Estate firm.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Subcontractor bill processing, vendor payouts, and site expense verification.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Client billing, RA bill tracking, and payment collection follow-ups.
- GST & Taxation: GST calculation/filing for construction contracts, TDS (194C / 194I), and E-way bills.
- Software: Hands-on experience in Tally Prime & MS Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot).
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable for ongoing projects.
- Process subcontractor billings, site contractor bills, and retainage.
- Manage monthly GST filings, TDS compliance, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain basic project job costing and site expense logs.
