Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in the Pune Division. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, preparing vouchers, and maintaining accurate ledgers in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly closing activities, and preparation of financial reports and MIS for management review. The role involves supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring expenses, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. The Accountant will also help identify process improvements, uphold data integrity,



and contribute to timely, transparent financial reporting for the division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry posting, and accounts payable/receivable handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and monthly MIS.
- Candidates should possess competency in compliance and control, including understanding of GST/TDS, basic tax provisions, statutory requirements, and internal audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and office software, including ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with finance colleagues, clinical administration, vendors, and auditors.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or similar) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, multi-location organizations, or service-sector accounting is beneficial, along with a high level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to work on-site in the Pune
