Position: Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, billing, quotations, and MS Excel, with experience in BUSY/Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Prepare quotations and other commercial documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Work on BUSY/Tally accounting software.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounts and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Assist in GST and other routine accounting-related work.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.

Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Com or Diploma/Degree in a related field

Experience:



6 months to 3 years

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of BUSY / Tally
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in preparing quotations
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates living near the company location will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a trading company, electrical/mechanical goods, or a similar industry will be an advantage.

Salary Salary: As per experience, skills, and last drawn salary.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
