Role Description The Accountant role at E Craft Global is a full time hybrid position based in Thrissur, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities include supporting tax planning and preparation, assisting with compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, contributing to cash flow and budgeting processes, and coordinating with the advisory team to provide clear financial insights to clients. The Accountant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients,



uphold high standards of accuracy and confidentiality, and use accounting software to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

- Ex GCC Experienced candidates are welcome to Apply.
- Knowledge on VAT, Corporate Tax and E Invoicing solutions.
- Expert in Automating Work Using MS Excel, Power BI and reliable AI Tools.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with tax planning and preparation, compliance reporting, and familiarity with relevant tax regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software, spreadsheets, and basic financial analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and cash flow management, and prepare clear management reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-specialists.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-office in Thrissur and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in public accounting, financial services, or advisory environments is preferred.
