We are looking for an Accountant cum Financial Analyst who can handle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial planning, profitability analysis, MIS reporting and cost control.

? ACCOUNTING & COMPLIANCE• Day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, receipts & payments

- Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Bank, vendor & customer reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- GST, TDS, payroll accounting & statutory compliance coordination
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections & outstanding tracking

? BUDGETING, FORECASTING & FINANCIAL PLANNING• Monthly, quarterly & annual budgeting
- Revenue, expense, cash-flow & profitability forecasting
- Actual vs Budget vs Forecast analysis and variance identification
- Short-term & long-term financial planning
- Working-capital requirement forecasting
- Rolling cash-flow forecasts and early identification of cash-flow gaps
- Financial scenario planning to support management decisions

? FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & MIS• Monthly P&L;, Cash Flow, Revenue, Expense & MIS Reports

- Business / Department / Client / Project-wise profitability analysis
- Employee & consultant cost vs revenue analysis
- Identify unnecessary expenses, financial leakage & cost-saving opportunities




- Track financial KPIs and provide actionable management insights
- Support pricing, investment, hiring & expansion decisions

? CASH FLOW & BUSINESS PLANNING• Plan salaries, vendor payments, taxes, operational expenses & liabilities
- Monitor budget overruns and cash-flow gaps
- Improve profitability, working capital & financial discipline
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
