Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, financial records, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting software, taxation, compliance, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Manage Tally and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
- Assist with ROC-related compliance and filings.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors,



and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.
- Prepare reports and data using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Support management with accounting and financial information as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally
- Good understanding of GST & TDS
- Knowledge of ROC Compliance
- Working knowledge of ESIC, PF & Professional Tax (PT)
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
- Solid accounting and reconciliation skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and statutory compliance

Eligibility
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Practical experience with statutory compliance is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
