Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping entries.
n
- Record and monitor receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
n
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliation.
n
- Maintain proper supporting documents and records for all financial transactions.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.
n
- Coordinate with concerned departments for accounting and finance-related matters.
n
- Prepare and maintain MIS and regular financial reports.
n
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
n
- Assist in GST, TDS, audit, and other statutory compliance requirements.
n
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n
- Assist in monthly and annual closing and finalisation of books of accounts.
n
- Coordinate for year-end closing, audit requirements, and finalisation of financial statements.
n
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
n
- Support budgeting, financial analysis,



and other finance-related activities as required.
n
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
n
- Perform any other Accounts & Finance-related activities assigned by the management.
n

nQualifications:

n

n
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
n
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
n
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
n

n

nExperience:

n3-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, educational institution, or similar organization.
