Role Description The Accountant will manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation for audits and compliance. The Accountant will support preparation of financial statements, assist in budgeting and cost tracking for facility projects and services, and ensure adherence to relevant tax and regulatory requirements.





The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide timely financial reports and support management decisions. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry posting, and account reconciliation. Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and budget vs. actual comparisons.

Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, and statutory filings relevant to LLPs and Indian accounting standards.

Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and productivity tools, such as Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and basic MS Office applications.

Candidates should possess robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, project, and management teams and to coordinate with auditors and vendors.

Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.

Prior experience in an industrial, energy, engineering, or technology services environment, and familiarity with project cost accounting, will be considered beneficial.
