Role Summary We are looking for an Account Executive with strong hands-on skills in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance and financial records. You will report to the management team and work closely with the project and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities Record all daily transactions in Tally, including sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal and contra entries Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book and bank book Carry out monthly bank reconciliation Prepare GST invoices and e-way bills Compute GST and assist in filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, including GSTR-2B reconciliation Calculate TDS, deposit it on time and help with TDS return filing Track receivables and payables,



and follow up with clients and vendors on dues Maintain vendor and customer records and verify supporting documents Handle petty cash and expense vouchers Prepare monthly MIS reports and help with trial balance and finalisation of accounts Support statutory and internal audits with required records Keep all accounting documents properly filed, both physical and digital Required Skills Expert in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, including GST and inventory features Positive working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic Income Tax rules Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping Good attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Clear communication in English, Bengali and Hindi Ability to meet deadlines and work with little supervision Preferred Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or project-based company Familiarity with GST portal, TRACES and Income Tax portal Exposure to any ERP software besides Tally What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a growing clean-tech company Exposure to project accounting and government contracts A supportive and learning-focused work environment
