We’re looking for an Account Manager (2-3 years of experience) to manage key client accounts, build strong relationships and drive seamless execution and account growth. If you’re strong at client management, communication, coordination and problem-solving, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Own client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- 2+ years of experience in content, social media or digital marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams across content, design, marketing and operations
- Ability to translate client requirements into explicit briefs
- Track deliverables, timelines, performance and client feedback
- Proactively resolve issues and manage client escalations
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends & content formats

What We Need





- 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance & reporting
- Robust problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Experience in media, marketing, advertising, research, or technology is preferred
- Strong proficiency in English communication; Hindi is a plus
