Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operations for the US Healthcare RCM process • Drive A/R Collections and improve overall collection performance • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality and SLA adherence • Identify process gaps and implement effective improvement strategies • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships • Leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable (A/R) Collections Strong operational and people management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong client management and communication skills Experience in driving process improvement and achieving business targets
