- Own end-to-end day-to-day accounting for two Prime AssetSource group entities in Tally ERP / Tally Prime sales, purchases, journal entries, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and monthly book closure.

- Run full GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, ITC reconciliation, e-way bills) and TDScompliance (calculation, monthly payment, 24Q / 26Q return filing) for both companies; liaise with consultants on Income Tax and ROC filings.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable vendor payments, customer invoicing, payment follow-ups and collections, petty cash, bank transactions, and day-to-day fund flow across both entities.

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; track receivables / payables ageing; flag cash-flow risks; support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning with leadership.

- Lead and mentor a small accounts team; coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits (schedules, reconciliations, documentation); serve as single point of contact for all accounts and finance matters for both group companies.
