Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their risk profiles and coverage needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.

The Account

Manager will coordinate policy renewals, process endorsements, and support clients throughout the claims process by liaising with insurers and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, conducting policy reviews, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also includes identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to business development initiatives,



and providing regular account performance updates to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain insurance solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess skills in account management, policy administration, and basic risk assessment to handle day-to-day servicing and renewals effectively.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities to review coverage options, interpret policy terms, and support clients during claims and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related systems or CRM tools to prepare proposals, reports, and maintain client records.
- Relevant experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or corporate insurance sales is beneficial, especially in business and personal lines.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, demonstrate ethical conduct, and maintain a client-centric approach is essential.
