Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Head to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, compliance, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and statutory compliances and be capable of independently handling the complete accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Cash Flow and other financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation and related filings.
- Handle TDS calculation, deductions, returns, certificates and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and government authorities whenever required.




- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
- Review expenses, invoices, payments and accounting entries.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Handle audits and provide required financial data and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L;, GST, TDS and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the accounts function.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates from Gurugram / nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
