Accounts Excicutive

Key ResponsibilitiesIf Financial/Accounting Focused (Common in Dealerships & Showrooms):

- Daily Transactions: Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, cash book maintenance, and inspect accounts receivable/payable ledgers.
- Automotive Invoicing: Verify and process vehicle sales invoices, spare parts bills, and workshop service invoices.
- Compliance: Assist with statutory requirements like GST and TDS filings specific to vehicle transactions.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

If Sales/Client-Facing Focused (Field / B2B / Enterprise):

- Lead Generation: Identify prospective B2B clients, corporate fleets, or dealership partners through market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with automotive clients and buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Pitch automotive products/services (such as financing, insurance, fleet management, or software) and negotiate contracts.
- After-Sales Support: Resolve client complaints, track account activities, and coordinate deliveries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) for accounts roles, or Business/Marketing for sales roles.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of relevant experience,



preferably within an automobile dealership or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, advanced MS Excel, and general CRM tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle pricing, stock invoices, and automotive market dynamics.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
