We are hiring a Account and Finance Head (qualified CA) to strengthen financial control and drive sharper decision-making. We need someone who can bring tighter visibility, improve cash discipline, and support growth with strong financial governance.
What you will handle:
Strengthen financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Improve cash flow management and working capital control
Ensure strong compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
Build clear MIS and dashboards for faster decision-making
Partner with business teams on cost control and profitability
What matters to us:
Qualified CA is mandatory
7–15 years of experience in manufacturing setup
Robust grip on financial controls, costing, and compliance
