Role Description The Account Executive - Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The trainee will support senior account executives in managing client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up on inquiries related to electrical panels and associated solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to gather technical information,



maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and assisting in project documentation and basic sales reporting.

The role also involves learning company products and services, participating in customer meetings, and supporting order processing and after-sales service coordination. As a trainee, the individual will develop skills in account management, customer communication, and basic commercial understanding within the industrial electrical and renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts or industrial electrical products (panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers) is preferred.
- Ability to manage documentation, maintain records, and support sales and account management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM or similar tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in commercial and technical information.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work on-site in Rajkot with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior internship or exposure to industrial sales, project coordination, or customer service will be beneficial.
