About The Role

At Versatile Club, we are scaling our Employer of Record (EOR) and global employment operations. We are seeking a highly structured, detail-oriented Account Executive –

- Operations &
- Logistics to serve as the operational backbone and central command for our backend infrastructure.

Unlike a traditional, sales-focused Account Executive role, this position is heavily backend and operations-focused. You will act as the critical single point of contact (SPOC) bridging the gap between international EOR clients, local candidates/employees, and our network of internal and external execution partners (IT/equipment vendors, workspace providers, legal & tax advisors, and finance teams).

Key Responsibilities

- Central Command for Backend Infrastructure: Act as the primary orchestrator across all backend operational functions, connecting client needs with our existing networks of laptop/IT equipment providers, workspace vendors, legal advisors, and Chartered Accountant (CA) teams.
- Client &
- Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Receive, interpret, and align operational requirements from international EOR clients and on-ground employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, hardware provisioning, workspace setup, and ongoing administrative support.
- Conflict &
- Friction Reduction: Manage expectations, clarify requirements, and align workflows across multiple stakeholders to prevent miscommunications, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
- Fund &
- Financial Flow Optimization: Work alongside legal and finance teams to streamline incoming international fund transfers/remittances from clients outside India, ensuring tax-compliant, cost-effective,



and timely cross-border disbursements.
- Vendor &
- Network Management: Coordinate with laptop and workspace vendors to negotiate SLAs, manage inventory/logistics tracking, and ensure timely delivery and return of assets.
- Process Alignment &
- Compliance: Ensure all contractual, legal, labor, and payroll/tax workflows adhere to relevant compliance guidelines in coordination with our CA and legal partners.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, client delivery, operational account management, or supply chain/logistics coordination within B2B-heavy environments (e.g., EOR/PEO services, B2B SaaS, corporate logistics, enterprise IT leasing, or business services).
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Strong ability to manage multiple vendors, internal teams (finance, legal, tax), and external client stakeholders simultaneously.
- Financial Literacy: Familiarity with cross-border fund flows, invoicing, payment gateways, compliance, or financial operations for international B2B clients.
- Problem-Solving &
- Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills to resolve competing priorities and maintain smooth operations without friction.
- Process-Driven Mindset: Passion for building, documenting, and optimizing repeatable workflows and logistics operations.
