Position: Account Executive

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹55,000/- per month

Location: Chandigarh

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and GST compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations .
- Handle GST compliance, GST returns, reconciliation, and related documentation .
- Strong working knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and ITC reconciliation .
- Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance .
- Prepare and verify invoices, purchase/sales entries, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation .




- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of GST and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel .
- Good understanding of TDS, reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting .
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Salary: Up to ₹55,000/- per month , depending on experience and suitability.
