Finance / Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance / Accounts Executive to support our finance team. The role involves handling purchase and expense accounting, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, employee reimbursements, and basic tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain purchase and expense transactions.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST and basic tax compliance activities.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and tax compliance.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Preferred Candidate A proactive and organized finance professional who can maintain accurate records, coordinate with vendors and employees, and complete accounting activities within deadlines.
