– Accounts Executive Position: Accounts Executive Location: Delhi Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting and taxation activities. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, GST, TDS, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions. Handle e-Invoicing and ensure accurate invoice generation.

Manage Bills

Payable (Accounts Payable) and maintain proper records.

Manage Bills

Receivable (Accounts Receivable) and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Calculate GST accurately as per applicable transactions. Assist in GST-related accounting and compliance activities.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and related accounting records. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.



Assist in preparing accounting reports and statements as required. Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting-related queries.

Required Skills Good knowledge of Bookkeeping and basic accounting principles. Hands-on experience with GST and TDS. Good understanding of GST calculation.

Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Knowledge of e-Invoicing.

Experience in Bank Reconciliation. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance. Candidates with practical experience in GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, AP, AR, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation will be preferred. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
