Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal. This position involves managing client accounts, coordinating day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely delivery of taxation, accounting, and compliance services.

The Account

Executive will assist in preparing and reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting advisory engagements under the guidance of senior consultants.

Responsibilities include following up with clients for required information, tracking deadlines, and helping streamline internal processes to improve service quality.



The role also requires collaborating with team members to address client queries and contribute to business development activities when needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and basic taxation concepts, with the ability to work accurately with financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with accounting or ERP software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a structured approach to documentation and compliance requirements.
- Relevant educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gondal, collaborate within a team, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in taxation, compliance, or business consulting is preferred but motivated early-career candidates are also encouraged to apply.
