About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, reconciliations and MIS-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Manage GST accounting, reconciliations and compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and related GST workings.
- Perform GST ITC reconciliation and identify mismatches.
- Handle TDS entries, reconciliation and basic compliance.
- Maintain accounts payable, receivable, bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Work on MS Excel for reconciliations, reporting and analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
- Good practical knowledge of GST
- Good command of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data reconciliation, etc.
- Knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in a CA firm are preferred, particularly those who have handled multiple clients and worked on accounting, GST, TDS and audit-related assignments.
