We’re looking for an experienced professional who can own the client relationship and bring strong strategic thinking to the work.

You’ll be the link between clients and our creative, social media and performance teams: understanding what the client needs, shaping a clear direction, keeping everyone aligned and ensuring the work is delivered well. Your strongest skill should be content strategy—building brand voice, developing ideas and turning business goals into effective digital campaigns.

What you’ll do

- Own day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships.
- Understand client goals, turn them into clear briefs and guide the team on priorities.
- Lead planning and execution for content calendars, social media initiatives and digital campaigns.
- Develop and protect each brand’s tone of voice across channels.




- Bring ideas for content, visual communication and campaigns that fit the brand and audience.
- Review work before it reaches the client to ensure it answers the brief and meets the quality expected.
- Oversee campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn with the performance team, understand the results and help decide what to improve.
- Lead client reviews and present recommendations with transparent reasoning.

Who you are

- You have strong creative
- You can lead a client conversation, spot when an idea needs work, give useful creative feedback and keep a team moving without losing sight of the bigger strategy.
- You should understand performance marketing well enough to connect campaign goals, audiences, creative and results. Hands-on media buying experience is a plus.
