Shift Timing - Fixed Night Shift (IST): 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Role Overview

Work remotely with Canadian clients and gain hands-on exposure to Canadian bookkeeping, tax, and compliance while supporting a British Columbia–based accounting firm. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role.

Whom We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Canadian or US firm experience strongly preferred)
- CA Inter candidates or those who have completed articleship are welcome to apply
- Prior full night-shift work experience from India is a robust plus
- Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable high-speed internet

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & reconciliations (Excel, QuickBooks Online)
- GST/HST/PST, payroll taxes, and corporate tax support
- Financial statement working papers
- Payroll processing and client onboarding




- Professional client communication via email and phone

Tools & Skills

- QuickBooks Online / Tally Prime / Xero
- Excel & MS Office
- Working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP / GST
- Strong written and spoken English communication, comfortable with Canadian/American accents

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field preferred)
