Job Overview

Webskitters Academy is looking for a Technical & Academy Operations Specialist with a strong background in Computer Science/IT and experience in technical training, teaching, academic coordination, or technology operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong CSE fundamentals, along with the ability to monitor academic delivery, coordinate faculty and students, track course progress, identify gaps, prepare reports, and improve academic and operational processes.

This role is suitable for a CSE/IT professional who understands technology and can independently manage academic and training operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Academic Responsibilities

- Provide technical oversight for CSE and technology-focused training programs.
- Review curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Ensure course content is aligned with current industry requirements.
- Monitor the quality of technical and practical training.
- Identify curriculum, faculty, and student learning gaps.
- Support faculty in resolving technical and academic challenges.
- Conduct technical sessions, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions when required.

Academy Operations
- Monitor batch schedules, faculty allocation, and class execution.
- Track faculty and student attendance.
- Monitor syllabus and course completion.
- Coordinate assessments, assignments, projects, and practical sessions.
- Ensure academic timelines and processes are followed.
- Identify recurring operational issues and coordinate their resolution.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare regular academic and operational reports and dashboards.
- Track batch-wise syllabus progress and student performance.
- Monitor faculty utilization and delivery effectiveness.
- Analyze student feedback, assessment results, and attendance trends.
- Report key issues, gaps, and corrective actions to management.

Gap Analysis & Process Improvement
- Identify academic, operational, and process gaps proactively.
- Perform basic root-cause analysis and assess academic/business impact.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.




- Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption.
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Track the implementation and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Industry & Technology Alignment Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry requirements, including:

AI/ML | GenAI | Cloud | Cybersecurity | Full-Stack Development | DevOps | Data Science | Data Engineering | LLMs & RAG

- Recommend curriculum and training enhancements based on industry demand.
- Help improve student employability and placement readiness through relevant technical training.

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals with working exposure to:

Note: Expertise in every technology is not mandatory. Strong CSE fundamentals and the ability to understand and evaluate technical training programs are essential.

Required Qualifications

Essential:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Computer Science / CSE
- Information Technology
- Computer Applications
- Computer Engineering
- AI/ML
- Data Science
- or a related technical discipline

Preferred:

- M.Tech
- MCA
- M.Sc.
- Relevant technical certifications

Required Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Technical Training / Teaching
- CSE / IT Industry
- Academy / Training Operations
- Academic Coordination
- Technical Program Management
- Academic Quality / Process Improvement

Candidates with a combination of technical industry experience and academic/training operations experience will be preferred.
