Role Description: The Academic Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hitec City, Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing academic operations across the preschool franchise. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring curriculum and teaching standards to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

The Academic

Manager will support and coach teachers, conduct classroom observations,



and organise training sessions to align instructional practices with the school’s philosophy and learning outcomes. They will collaborate with a team on academic planning, assessment frameworks, and child development milestones.

Qualifications

- Strong Educational Management skills, including experience overseeing academic operations or school administration.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development with an understanding of best practices in school learning.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with educators, franchise partners, parents, and children.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing academic performance, assessments, and child development data to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
- Experience in preschool or primary school settings, preferably within a franchise or multi-centre environment.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teaching staff, with a collaborative approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to academic standards and processes.
