Job Title: Academic Mentor

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and organized Academic Mentor to join our team in Thrissur. In this pivotal role, you will guide and support students throughout their educational journey—ensuring high engagement, academic discipline, and consistent progress. Acting as the vital bridge between students, faculty, and parents, you will foster an encouraging, structured learning workplace and drive seamless day-to-day academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Tracking & Attendance: Monitor daily student attendance, punctuality, and assignment completion, intervening early when participation drops.
- Academic Coordination: Manage the distribution and collection of learning materials, practice tests, and assignments in synchronization with faculty schedules and exam dates.
- Parent & Faculty Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student attendance, performance, and behavior; collaborate closely with faculty to streamline classes and doubt-resolution sessions.
- Mentorship & Motivation: Provide continuous guidance, goal-setting support,



and academic encouragement to help students stay focused and achieve their potential.
- Operational Support: Assist the Centre Head with administrative tasks, uphold institutional discipline, ensure smooth conduct during examinations, and maintain precise student performance records.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong rapport with young learners and converse professionally and empathetically with parents.
- Organizational Excellence: Multi-tasking ability with strong attention to detail in tracking schedules, records, and student workflows.
- Student-Centric Mindset: A compassionate, solution-oriented approach toward managing student needs and academic concerns.
- Tech Familiarity: Comfortable using basic office tools, including MS Office and Google Workspace, to manage data and records efficiently.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Prior exposure to the education or coaching sector is a plus.
