Role Description The Academic Counselor at Caddivo Technologies will support learners interested in digital marketing and related fields by guiding them through academic pathways and training options. This full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, understanding learners’ goals, and recommending suitable courses, certifications, and skill development plans.

The Academic

Counselor will collaborate with faculty and training teams to track learner progress, provide academic advising, and organize information sessions or workshops. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



responding to learner queries, communicating with families or guardians when appropriate, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in choosing appropriate academic and qualified paths.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with learners, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Academic Advising skills and a solid understanding of Education systems, preferably related to digital marketing and technology programs.
- Relevant skills such as empathy, active listening, and problem-solving, with the ability to work with diverse learner backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; formal counseling training or certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in academic or career counseling, preferably in vocational, technical, or digital marketing education settings.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and education management tools, and the ability to maintain organized records.
