We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and communicative Academic Counselors to join our team across multiple locations in Kerala (Trivandrum, Kollam, Kochi, Thrissur, Calicut, Kannur).

In this role, your primary responsibility will be contacting prospective student leads, understanding their career aspirations, counseling them on appropriate educational programs, and successfully converting inquiries into admissions.

Both experienced professionals and motivated freshers looking to build a career in academic counseling and sales are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Contact incoming qualified leads (via phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions) to guide prospective students and parents.
- Academic Guidance: Explain course details, curriculum benefits, career prospects, and fee structures clearly.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly student enrollment and admission targets.
- Lead Management:



Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and accurately log updates in the CRM software.
- Relationship Building: Counsel students with empathy and professionalism to build trust and drive conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers with strong communication and persuasive skills are welcome).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory) and working knowledge of English.
- Key Skills: Active listening, sales closing, telecalling, customer negotiation, and CRM tracking.
