CTC: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for Academic / Senior Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents through program selection, admissions, scholarships, and career-oriented education pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on programs, specializations, and career opportunities.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable academic pathways.
- Handle student enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist with scholarship, eligibility, and admission-related queries.




- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve student concerns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current students.
- Meet assigned counseling and admission targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in academic counseling, admissions, EdTech, or higher education is preferred.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling student/parent queries.
- Professional, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
