Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven and highly organized Admissions & Program Coordinator to manage the complete student onboarding lifecycle for our professional training courses. You will serve as the primary face of our academic program—answering incoming course inquiries, managing monthly admissions targets, scheduling batches, and addressing student doubts from registration through to course completion.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, an empathetic customer-centric attitude, and a natural knack for educational sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Inquiry Management & Sales Conversion: Promptly attend to incoming inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp Business. Confidently explain course outlines, fee structures and the career value of IBAO certification.
- Target-Driven Admissions: Proactively follow up with potential leads to meet monthly enrollment goals and registration targets.
- Onboarding & Operations: Manage student enrollment documentation, track fee payments,



and handle registration processing.
- Batch Scheduling: Coordinate live class training batches, align timings with clinical supervisors/trainers, and ensure students receive schedule updates well in advance.
- Student Doubt Resolution: Serve as the first line of support to calmly resolve non-academic student queries, logistical challenges, or platform access issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Educational Sales, Admissions Counseling, Tele-sales, or Academic Coordination.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent and qualified verbal and written communication in English is mandatory. Fluency in Malayalam is a strong plus for regional student coordination.
- Target-Oriented Mindset: Proven experience handling and meeting performance or sales targets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs), WhatsApp Business tools, Zoom/Teams, and basic CRM systems.

Salary & Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and interview performance).
- Incentives: Performance-linked enrollment bonuses (uncapped monthly incentive structure based on target metrics achieved).
