Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with an architectural background and 2–4 years of experience in interior design, 3 D visualization, and Revit modelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing commercial interiors while ensuring design accuracy, functionality, and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities:● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.● Create high-quality 3 D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.● Develop detailed Revit models (Good to have), drawings, and documentation.● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules.● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations,



and project requirements.● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.● Maintain project documentation and design records.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Education:● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related Architecture/Interior Design discipline. Experience:● 2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, 3 D Visualization, and Revit.

Technical

Skills● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.● Expertise in Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.● Proficiency in Auto CAD.● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design. Soft Skills:● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.● Excellent visualization and presentation skills.● Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities.● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
