Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with an architectural background and 2–4 years of experience in interior design, 3 D visualization, and Revit modelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing commercial interiors while ensuring design accuracy, functionality, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.

● Create high-quality 3 D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.

● Develop detailed Revit models (Good to have), drawings, and documentation.

● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.

● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.

● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.

● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules.

● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.

● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.





● Maintain project documentation and design records.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Education

● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related Architecture/Interior Design discipline.

Experience

● 2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, 3 D Visualization, and Revit.

Technical

Skills

● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

● Expertise in Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.

● Proficiency in Auto CAD.

● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.

● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.

● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.

Soft Skills

● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

● Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
